Payment after approval Although Arend Studios asks you to pay before we ship your costume to the desired address, this doesn’t mean you will buy something you haven’t seen. After we have completed work on your personal mascot, we will send you a number of pictures that you can use for reference. If you have any questions or remarks about the suit or would like to see something changed prior to shipment, this will give you that last minute chance to change things before you pay the last installment. After sales service A lot of studios do not offer any service after you made the initial purchase, leaving your costume without help should something happen.
